Excellent Hotel. You will like it so much

The landscaping look gorgeous! Everything appears new. The room is very spacious and nicely furnished, I had the Standard Double Room. I did like the view from the balcony. The resort facilities exceeded my expectations. The beach have plenty of room and it looked calm. All was nice. The food are delicious with a good selection.

Mosquitoes were an issue at night because of the surrounding gardens. I think the hotel should consider better pest control. It was not to bad.

The staff was super friendly and. Nesma from the guest relations team are wonderful too. She helped me with all my questions and requests, so I appreciate it.

The hotel offered a variety of dining options. Flavors Restaurant include breakfast and themed buffet dinners. Chef Mamdouh added a home made touch to their recipes. I really like it and its quality.

An Okay Stay

peaceful beachamazing stuffslow staffbug room

The beach near to the hotel was peaceful. The team are so kind. I did enjoy the beach. It was very pleasant. The stuff was super amazing. The kids had so much fun too.

I waited a long time to get my room. Check in at the hotel is at 15:00. The reception staff were nice but very slow. The room was a disaster too because I lived with bugs during my two nights stay.

unstable wi-fiincorrect check-in time

i had requested adjacent rooms months in advance. They were reconfirmed the day before arrival, but my rooms were in separate buildings. wi-fi was unstable, and room-to-room phones did not work, made communication difficult.
